Dr. Millett lectures at the 7th annual Sports Medicine Fellows Forum in Naples, FL on latest techniques in arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic treatments for shoulder osteoarthritis, and shoulder replacement surgery
Over 100 orthopaedic surgeons in their last year of specialized training as sports medicine fellows were selected to attend the 7th Annual Sports Medicine Fellowship Forum June 2-4, 2016. The three-day comprehensive medical education meetings presented the latest advancements in sports medicine.
During the Sports Medicine Fellowship Forum, fellows have the opportunity to interact with their future colleagues as well as renowned international faculty members, such as Dr. Millett. Sessions included both didactic education and clinical practice in Arthrex’s state-of-the-art medical education wet labs to teach a variety of surgical techniques and key clinical and practice management skills.
Orthopaedic fellows are surgeons who have completed residency training and have elected to receive further training in subspecialties in orthopaedics. The fellows in attendance represent 52 fellowship programs from throughout the U.S. and Canada.
