Charlie Austin will be sidelined for four months after he traveled to Vail, Colorado to see one of the world’s leading shoulder surgeons.
The Southampton striker dislocated his right shoulder during the Europa League tie with Hapoel Be’er Sheva earlier this month and his club recognized immediately the only way to cure the issue was with an operation.
The search led Charlie Austin to Dr. Peter Millett, who is based in Vail, Colorado and has treated a wide range of sportsmen, from American Footballers to golfers, as well as basketball and baseball players.
