The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeon’s (AAOS) International Scholar’s, Drs. Rob Dachs and Mustafa Rashid traveled from Cape Town, South Africa and the United Kingdom, respectively, to train with world-renowned shoulder specialist Dr. Peter Millett. The AAOS program allows physicians in developing areas to access the same education and training as those in the United States.
During their time in Vail, Colorado Drs. Dachs and Rashid learned about the innovative treatment techniques used by Dr. Millett and his team at The Steadman Clinic. By providing global access to world-class orthopedic care, physicians from around the world can provide the highest quality of care to all.
